Are your utilizations calculated like @GT1’s? With training, holidays, and vacations not coming out of expected hours? I know that’s pretty common in our industry but would like your take
At Guidehouse it's 90% for associates, experienced associates and senior associates alike. it's evaluated quarterly and at the end of the performance year. Holidays are excluded from this overall calculation.
However, and something I wish I had been told prior to joining - vacation days and the "unlimited" sick time they offer are counted against the 90%. So if you take your three weeks to go on vacation (and you should because life is short) you have to make up those 108 hours throughout the year. 😶
Around 90% for our BA/BTA’s
95% for non-college hires in Public Sector. 93% for senior associates. Oh and training/holidays off don’t come out the your expected hours. But we have “Flexible Time Off” for your 5% (though don’t forget to subtract your trainings/random GT meetings and all holidays from that 5%) #littlebitter
Cool, I work 40 hours and plenty of others do too. Keep defending that place though.
I think it is 90% for associates. Pretty easy to hit
