Current firm is offering me $450MM to stay for 12 years. May be an opportunity to renegotiate or leave towards the back end - I haven’t read the fine print. But it is a Tier 3 City and I’m not how the exit opportunities will be. What do you guys think? Solid offer or should I hold out for something better?

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?
