I work about 50 hours a week and am making ~300k all in cash + Coinvest at a MF Ops team as 1st year A. on the 2nd class citizen point, it depends on firm. Some firms naturally attract more pretentious types on their deal teams who may think theyre better than you, but IMO these are mostly junior guys anyways. Leadership at quality firms will know the value of their Ops professionals.
Any advice on how to source PE ops opportunities?
