Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

I’d keep the current job tbh. 130K LCOL you can save a lot of money and live a decent life
Passed on the offer. Told them I’d move for 160 base + 15k sign on and they weren’t willing to do that. Oh well. Thanks all!
You tryna refer someone who’s willing to take that offer 👀👀👀
Decide if you want to stick around at this plateau with excellent WLB (would be my choice, 130 in LCOL would be good enough for me) or keep moving up with a lot more work
Yeah I'd stay where you're at
Id stay for that WLB
Think about this from another perspective. Would you sell your added time (15h/week + travel) for $10k + bonus of $20k (usually at risk)?
Everyone has different expectations on comp. The economics here don’t look very appealing considering the type of work though.
Is travel a good thing or bad thing in your eyes? Are your remote otherwise? Might be nice to have all the miles + hotel points and get 25-50% of your meals paid for. How is PTO at both roles? Might help with the increased workload
I'd stay. Job stability is key right now
