Currently a manager in A&M’s Disputes & Investigations practice, but got approached about a manager role in the “EY Transaction Diligence Sale and Purchase Agreement” practice and am confused what group it falls under.

The recruiter presented themselves as part of EY Parthenon (Strategy Consulting). But the title sounds like transaction advisory (FDD). And then when I google it, other websites say it falls under either forensics or assurance. Anyone know?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?
