Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.

Oh well now that you actually finished it - I personally say it depends. If you don’t care about name branding then go for it. If you do then stay until M and use that to jump somewhere for even more money and clout

Stay at D and use this offer to get yourself a nice retention bonus. Next year do the same. Boutique firms don’t have the same career progression and timeline

I have 10 YOE and for sure I am on the lower end of the salary at D. The only reason I am thinking to move as this role is fully remote and I really don’t want to travel
SC to SM. What’s there to think about?
Why would you stay? Go for the money and career growth. If you are unhappy in a year after the move go back to D for a nice bump in pay at M level!

10 years and only 120 base? You should have left 5 years ago. Take the new offer maybe they will value you more!
D3 not everyone has the same career path.
Many of them started their consulting career after 30 also and still with 90-110k salary.
That bonus strikes me as low for a SM. See if they will push it to 30%. Agreed, though, that the base increase is more than you’ll get for SC to M at the firm currently.
Let me ask them if they can push the bonus to 20-30%
