Yes, you would have to, unfortunately. So taxes (yours and the firms) can be taken care of. Plus a handful of other regulatory items EY would need to handle, but the most obvious one: Employer and employer taxes.

PR isn’t a state, so of those two only Hawaii might work
Not saying that D considers it a state, just that it wasnt an issue working from their. We also have client work there so maybe that helped
