Take it and hire me when you get there. Would kill to be CH based.
Ugh, I love Switzerland! My SO is doing his PhD at ETH in Zurich, so I visit basically every month. Beautiful country!

As an FYI caveat most of the US based recommendations here. Accenture strat is variable in Europe with some really strong groups (and regions), but since it is a lot smaller than the us practice I would say depends on the area (eg cfo&EV or pharma).
We technically operate globally but the region/sub region in Europe really is important more so than in North America.
I’m in Life Sciences Strategy in the US and have worked with colleagues in Germany, happy to answer any Qs but won’t be specific to CH
Vill glück und gnüsses!
Merci :)
Equally strong brand names. If salary hike is substantial, move on. It’s pretty common in Switzerland to change jobs every 2-3 years and in my experience is not frowned upon that much.
I think Accenture levels, at least if we look at titles (e.g. Manager), require more experience than the equivalent levels at the Big 4.
Focus on work life balance
Switzerland isn't like USA where your wallet size is life
Yeah, CH is not that expensive considering the high salaries. Prices and salaries are just inflated at the same degree:)
Where are you currently based?
Switzerland as well. :)
What’s the update here? Can you shed any light on pros / cons of each firm ?
