Currently Deciding Between two opportunities. An agency digital marketing role, or a senior analyst role at Home Depot. Which would be a better career path?

I got notice everything at the new firm is good to go. Now to give notice. I’m dreading it. I really really like my boss but this opportunity is too good to pass up. How do you even start? I’ve been in this role 8 years. How to give notice?? Yikes! I’m giving about 2 1/2 weeks notice. 10/17 start date. Any help is appreciated!!!
