Currently I am workings as an Assistant Consultant at Tcs with 9YEO experience.
I have got two offers with same package with different designation.
Delloite is offering me Manager designation and EY India is offering me Senior Consultant(one grade below Manager).
In Ey India I will have to work under a Lead. In Delloite India I will be a single contributor.
EY India has an Indian Client and another from Delloite India with an Aussie client.
Which would be better tto choose and Why?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?

Hi guys, I have got an offer from Verizon. Role: MTS-3. Package: 21Lakhs (Fixed) + 12% Variable pay + 45 days of monthly salary as relocation expense + 50,000 joining bonus. YOE: 5.6 Years. Does the package look fine or shall I negotiate further?

I am getting offered as 11.25 plus 15 RSU on getting promoted from L3 to L4. In april, the appraisal was from 6.7 to 9.4.
YOE- 5 yr in amazon, total -8

Please suggest if there is any possible way to make it to either 2 lakh increment in base-pay or or shares.
