Currently interviewing for a designer role at Tesla - wanted some advice. The hiring manager has seemed uninterested and always dropped off interviews early and without answering any of my questions. He also mentioned that he's lost 4 designers from the team recently (red flag!). I think it'd be a cool role, but it sounds like I'd be the only designer and there's not a ton of support, BUT if I do well - lots of room for growth and promotion. Plus internal transfers after a year also an option?

For ex ample, if i replied yes to that today... Will the interview be on 30th of this month or next weekend after 30th?? Or we can ask them to reschedule the interview if needed... I interviewed at company A and B. Company A sent me an offer, however I really want to work at company B, and they said they would get back to me last week and still have not even after following up. Is it pushy or frowned upon to tell company B that I got an offer from company A so can they hurry the hell up and tell me if I’m getting an offer from them. Company B also said there is still a round of reference checks left and the holidays are coming up.. help! What should I do?

Hey everyone. I’m currently working in public interest & making about 60k. My job gives me retirement & health insurance. I’m also in the loan forgiveness program. An opportunity to go into private law for 60-70k WITHOUT insurance or retirement has arisen. Hey gang, lately I have been thinking if I got underpaid. Graduated from master school right after 2020 pandemic and started by 68K as UXD in digital sales company based in NYC. With 2 YOE the salary went up by 3% and 5% average promotion. Now it comes up to 75K w/ 6K bonus. What do you think of this? I feel like I am not getting clear guidance or leadership from my design manager or my PM. I have been creating project initiatives, frameworks and discussion guides but there is no one really assisting me in creating them or stepping up to make decisions on the best path forward.
