Currently interviewing for Amazon L7 role in London. Any ideas what should be the expected TC? I understand the compensation structure so, specifically, what should the sign on and RSU value be? Lots of information available on the internet on US TC but very little for UK.

Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?

Hi all! In Cyber risk consulting and up for promotion as a manager. Any idea on average comp and bonus (in non-covid times)?

Got industry offer at bank, cyber. Would be going from 110 to 130. Perks are comparable. I feel like it is on lower end of comp based on Glassdoor and elsewhere. Considering countering at 135-140.

Experienced hire with ~8 YOE. Applied and interviewed for SC at Deloitte but they offered C position. Nonetheless, after attempting to negotiatie offer I've been told the offer is firm and Deloitte will not budge. Any other experienced hire gone through something similar? If so, what worked? I'm currently looking at a 15% pay cut to join Uncle D.
Also, any others that took the cut and would say it's worth it?
