Currently through my first year in audit and am realizing this is not what I want to do with my life, so I have been spending 15-20 hours per week learning coding (specifically Python) and I feel like software development is definitely a better direction for me! I am also planning on studying for the AWS Certified Development Associate exam and am hoping to make the switch in the next 6 months. Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results.
