Currently working in NYC at KPMG financial due diligence with 4.5 total years of experience. Getting promoted to manager in 2-3 months with 130k target base salary and 12k annual bonus. Got an offer in Bay Area California for a senior financial analyst for global strategy and M&A at fortune 150 firm with 140k base, $15k sign on, 10% annual bonus, relocation, and great benefits. Thinking of leaving promotion on table, long term goal is FAANG or tech. Is this a fair offer?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
