Got an offer in Bay Area California for a senior financial analyst for global strategy and M&A at fortune 150 firm with 140k base, $15k sign on, 10% annual bonus, relocation, and great benefits. Thinking of leaving promotion on table, long term goal is FAANG or tech. Is this a fair offer?
