I have ~6 years of experience in SAP (S/4HANA implementations & support) and currently at 17 LPA fixed with Deloitte.

Wanted to get perspectives from the community:
• Is this a good time to move out of Deloitte at this experience level?
• From a long-term career and compensation standpoint, does switching now make sense or is it better to stay longer?
• If switching, which organizations are worth considering for SAP roles (implementation-heavy, global exposure, strong growth)?

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Don’t want to think the grass is always greener on the other side, but I’ve seen so many people made the move to EY from other big 4 and they make much more than I do because of the switch (same city same service line same level).

Salary for senior copywriter in Chicago. 6 years experience at big agencies? Good book but no lions yet.

Starting the job search again very soon and trying to get a good idea of what to set my day rate as. I have three years of experience, and no awards. Looking at NYC

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

I cleared the Level 2 interview as an Appian developer. Could you please let me know what Level 3 interview would be about? Thr HR said it's an interaction session with the panel. But should I be prepared technically?

I had a baby almost a year ago. I should start a 529 account for my child but I am originally from France which also makes her a French citizen and she could easily go to college in France for not much money. It’s pretty much free there, I have 0 Student loan debt. With that in mind, a 529 would not be super helpful if we go that route. Should I consider other options? Do you have suggestions? My firm typically does insurance defense, but we take plaintiffs cases here and there. Is it typical that work done by associates on contingency cases isn’t counted toward their billable hour requirements unless and until we receive our fee on the case? This is my first experience with this, but it’s hard for me to reach my hours as is, without spending time on non billable cases like this with no assurance that I’ll see billable credit at the end.
