I am caught up in the middle of an Onboarding process. The new company (which is a consultancy company) gave me contact in Germany supposed to start from August. Also my Visa is available.

Just after the actual joining date, they said client confirmation will take few more weeks and made me wait for almost a month now.
Now they are trying to give me Indian contract for idk how many days. I feel they are delaying things and not telling me the whole truth.

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.

Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
