First time buyer and I’d like to get the black plates directly from the dealer when picking up the car, but not sure if that’s possible with custom order plates (I.e: do I get the white plates at the dealer then have to pay again and wait 3 months for the black ones to come in)

For example.. in PIP Litigation I can review my suits at 2 am if needed (as a result of having a rough day or other emergency) and still be in compliance
