Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. Itās going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Honestly, I chose D over Booz because the offer was significantly higher, however if they were both equal I still would have gone with D because you can really network your way into doing whatever you want in the firm if you have the right skills, thereās demand, and your motivated. In Booz it seemed like you were chained to a team and a partner and if you were unhappy with that team and partner you were stuck. D is harder in that when you have freedom and itās on you to use it effectively. Itās more effort, but I think itās worth it. My take anyway.

Gotchya. I was asking as I know a friend in NYC works at one of the big headhunting firms and they offer a $150/mo gympass membership that includes unlimited SoulCycle. To get that here, off the shelf, would be high $200s. Would be great if one day Deloitte offered a subsidized option like my friendās firm
We pay much higher and have bigger bonuses than Booz
@DofVA, those figures are still mostly correct from what I understand. I believe the low A pay is closer to 90k at the bottom, but I could be wrong.
Very helpful insight
