Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

Bain & Company Fishes, I wonder if you have suggestion on office selection, I am finishing my dual degree(advanced degree and applying for post MBA level job) next year and now applying for consulting roles in the states. I have never been to the states and will only arrive on campus in Fall. I am keen on Seattle and SF offices but I have no affiliation or experience there. Any suggestions? Made same move 4 years ago but at SC level. Definitely worth it. Not only for the 15% right now, but the progressively larger difference as you move up. Might have changed for a 15-20% bump but now I make +30% more than the guys that stayed. Exit options also better - people who want to hire ex-consultants have very much heard of Kearney.
Would you be willing to help out a fellow Deloitter with a referral to Kearney?

Who heard of Kearney outside of consulting? I think the right group at Big D would be a better choice

If you’ve heard of Deloitte but not Kearney I’m assuming you think that the person works in tax or audit
I have worked at a few places and I really like my colleagues at Kearney. The progressively larger pay gap is absolutely true as well. Fair warning though - we are expected to work really really hard. Your pay per hour will likely reduce.

15% yea.
