Deloitte queries on Specialist track vs Traditional. New hire applied to job title that specified role was of Manager. But now that I joined profile says as Specialist Master. Is it possible to switch from specialist track to the traditional consulting? If so, who should I reach out for help?

I’m an introvert in strategy consulting, working in US, born in India. I find it difficult to host client meetings - how to drive conversation, fill in the pauses, and help drive the group move towards next steps consensus. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills. I see some other SC/Ms just repeating what others said, and just talking too much of what’s already known - and they are appreciated. How do I reach a stage where I am able to do this better?
