Hi there, for years of experience (YOE), can I include/count the work experience I had while still studying? Those experience include

1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?

2) Startup I founded (actual startup, but it was done during my uni days)

How do potential employers look at a 4-6 month career break? Been at current job for less than a year and is mentally draining. I want to re-evaluate my career

Is there a major shift happening at Christus Health IT. Hence a lot of job opening?

When you’re frustrated with a product, do you take that frustration out on the product? Would you go the customer support route?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. 1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.

If you’re at B4, would you get any serious consideration at M7s if you tried to matriculate right when you hit the 3 year mark (apply at 2)? I hear that a lot of MBB people do this but the standard timeline for B4 seems to be to matriculate at 4 YOE.

I’m an introvert in strategy consulting, working in US, born in India. I find it difficult to host client meetings - how to drive conversation, fill in the pauses, and help drive the group move towards next steps consensus. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills. I see some other SC/Ms just repeating what others said, and just talking too much of what’s already known - and they are appreciated. How do I reach a stage where I am able to do this better?
