My project start date was yesterday but i charged it on bench bcz there was no project code... Today the project code is reflecting on My Timesheet portal... but still didn't got any communication from project for on-boarding... So what should I fill in my timesheet for today... If i will fill it for project code what should i write in Tasks there... while filling it Nagarro please suggest i am recently joined in Nagarro

Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

D1- that is absolutely wrong! Put yourself in the shoes of those 2 passengers when you are the one sitting here complaining travel hurdle everyday. And this will continue to happen if people don't stand up to stop it! One is too many!
It absolutely should! Awareness is key! If you hide this under the carpet, you will start thinking America is great again! Then before you know, your country elects a racist bigot to prove to the world that America is a glass house shattered.
It's not about that one employee out of 50,000... it's not about that one passenger out of millions feeling uncomfortable... it's about people who look like this passenger being taken off, it's about me, my friends, my family who feel like we need to wear a three piece suit and carry a moral and character certificate with us every time we're on a plane (multiple times a week). It's about me answering all my moms questions in English if I'm traveling with her... it's about me not being able to comfortably speak to him in the few words of my native language that he can speak... it's about me, us, trying extra hard to make those seated next to me comfortable...

Again, I'm not saying this isn't an issue or we shouldn't work on fixing it. I'm a minority myself and deal with this shit too, but I don't understand why anything related to race has to get blown out of proportion. Yes, it should be called out, yes delta should get some negative PR, but my point is that with 300M+ habitants, you will ALWAYS find somebody doing something racist. Always.
Looking into this story a bit deeper, he apparently got in a fight with another passenger and was kicked off for that. Much better headlines to pull the racism card tho. I've heard Arabic spoken on many flights in the US and have never seen an issue.
People over react to anything related to race at this point. God forbid ONE of the 50,000+ employees at an airline that flies millions of passengers a day, every day of the year, makes a mistake with 2 passengers.

This guy makes fake YouTube videos for a living. I'm willing to bet he was the one who caused a commotion and isn't being kicked out for speaking another language, but for being unruly and disruptive

I guess it's easier to minimize racism and question the integrity of the victim than to discuss the implications of the incident in question...ah well lol.

I'm not saying people shouldn't stand up to it. I'm saying it shouldn't make national news and be on the front page of CNN.
If you see something, say something. 20 people did. The airline had no other choice but to evaluate. Better safe than sorry.
This guy also claimed to fly in a checked bag last week. It's horrible if true but I'm kinda doubting his story.
