Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech

US versus AA is the gap. They've done the repaint, but not the seat reconfig on legacy US.
I wish (albeit selfishly) they would reshuffle the us air planes out of CLT...
DFW 🐟 here. This gives an idea https://sites.google.com/site/newamericanfleet/
You can safely assume you'll be flying a piece of shit into/out of the legacy US Air hubs (PHX, CLT, PHL, etc.) 😂
It's simple - AA codes LUS A321s as A321 on their website, google flights, and travel agent sites. New AA A321s are coded as 32B or A321 (Sharklets). Transcon A321 is coded A321T.
Do the L-AA 321s have power?
Yes. The new ones do. Problem is they've reshuffled aircraft around, so tough to tell which brand's plane you're getting. I assume that if flying to a L-US hub or not on a transcon 321 that it is a legacy US plane and charge my devices accordingly.
Actually - AA was solely Boeing until a few years ago. The Transcon 321s were their first airbus product.
Yeah I check which type of plane I'm flying whenever I book because the planes can be so hit or miss (average age of fleet is actually younger than UA/DL at 10 years vs 14/17 years but the planes are either really new or really old!). SeatGuru shows that one of the three A321 variants still has no power/individual IFE; I assume those are the legacy US Air ones and avoid them like the plague
VP1-that was the case but is changing. A319s all have power now. The old crappy LUS without power are the 320s and the A321 where economy starts in row 5 (noted as aircraft 321 vs 32B which are the LAA Config with power/IFE and Economy starting in row 8
They have not changed aircrafts. However the US aircrafts have gotten new seats. Still no power/IFE though
In other words cross fleeting means the aircraft are mixing throughout the system. For example lots of 738s now flying from PHX
D3-except the A319. They all have power now.
Damn, I just looked at flights from DFW to my frequent client locations.... ya'lls planes are so much better! 32b, 787, 777, damn!
^Slight correction: LUS coded as 321
