Did anyone at EY find out promotion decision already?

I just had my yearly evaluation I received 4 outta 5 rating. Currently make 109k what percentage increase should I expect? I was told Im getting a title change / small promotion. Thx!

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

Is it feasible to push from promotion from SM to D with under 1 years tenure at the firm, or would that not be entertained? Opportunity in the team, SM grade is over staffed with more coming in, no Directors, and have been high performer (based on metrics, sales and developed strong network)

PPMDs, if an employee comes to you and ask for support to join a different group within the firm and the employees ends up not getting the other role, do you typically treat them differently after (e.g., not staffing them on as many deals) / would you hold them back from promotion the following year?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?
