I see positions at Deloitte that I think are a good fit but applying online without a referral appears to be going into a black hole. Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss.
