Hi..I work in RPA at Accenture and I received an offer from Oracle for the RPA Developer profile. I am sceptical about the nature of work esp RPA at Oracle. I would like some insight or feedback related to this. It would really help me a lot to decide.

I had salary discussion with Senior Manager in Oracle and agreed but I am yet to receive the offer letter. It's been 3-4 weeks already and I mentioned in the call to him that I put down papers based on job offer from Accenture.

Any idea how much time it takes?

Is it wise to choose a company having 2 months notice period giving 3.5 lacs less than other company having 3 months notice period.

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

Started the internal GC process in October 2018. Today I-485 status changed to "we ordered your new card." My jail free card is finally on the way I guess. Hope everyone with pending I-485 gets your GC soon!

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
