Does anyone know if ey will PP the I-140?
Today (13th Feb 2022) Sunday is my last working date .Actually In Employee separation portal everything completed.Full and final settlement showing as Agent Clearance.I tried contacting HR but there is no response from them.My joining date in another company is tomorrow.So will it create any problem.Which date will be mentioned in my relieving letter either today or tomorrow.Helpline also down.WHAT EXACTLY I SHOULD DO NOW.Can anyone suggest?
Hey Sharks, I joined in verizon india last april, i got moved to new project at july end. I have 2.5 years of experience in java,springboot, Micrservices architecture. But in my new team deployed in a support project. Feeling depressed and frustrated. asked manager 2 times to change my responsibility. But he's accepting in call but not doing what he is promised. The reality of FAANG recruiting is its a numbers game. Any one application your chances are less than 10% even if you are hyper qualified. A few tips:
- You need to apply to their 3 roles a month. Make sure these show a common interest or passion
- Apply to fresh postings, ideally within 48 hours of their post date. If not your application gets buried very quickly
- Network, get those internal referrals

Also, are you essentially saying that recruiters looking at resumes are actually looking at things in the order they are received? So first resumes in get looked at first?
