Starting conversation with an EY recruiter on an opportunity. I am an experienced Manager with Deloitte, can someone provide an insight into what level in EY I can get into/ negotiate?

I have two offers with me
1. Infosys 18.25 LPA(15% variable) 1.25 JB
2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?
In terms of wlb (must for me as I am having small daughter to look after) & job security .

Please help.
Need to decide by EOD has having joining on Monday.
