So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Accepted offer to join F500. Start in 2 weeks. Dream FAANG role reached out for interview. How do I handle this? They do not know I accepted industry offer. If I get through process and FAANG role makes me an offer they will see I have been at a new job (that I didn’t disclose) for a ~month in the background check, will this hurt me? How do I handle this..

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? It seems like Ripple, Monero, Gnosis, and Golem are the ones worth being in outside of the "big 3" (not MBB).
