Anyone ever heard of or worked for Sygnia?
Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. And I was once asked in an interview, "what's the biggest lie you've ever told?" I thought to myself, "It's a 20-way tie... between every sentence I've spoken in the last 30 minutes."
WTF is right. I wish companies would rate people on a scale of 1 - 10 of how well they "performed" in interviews, and then compare those scores with job performance measurements two years later. In a regression analysis, I'll bet the coefficient is pretty close to zero.
Final round to where?
VP1 there's an "I" in "Capital" doe
OP is clearly not a culture carrier
HAHA @BAML1 so true. And the lies just continues for the first few months on the job.
Depends on the role OP was applying for. If it's a team lead or management slot, it looks right. Sorry OP. In those roles, hiring panels give more weight to "softer" skills like vision setting; team building; coaching aptitude; the ability to recognize, recruit, and develop talent; succession building etc...It is already assumed the candidate has technical experience and can bring/close business. The test is whether the candidate can develop, manage, and lead others to do so. There is no "I" in human capital management.
Lol...yes, you are right HL1. Very clever.
And the word "pact" is also evident in "capital". So "Pact" is where it's at.
Interviewing for an associate role at a VC.
@BAML1 - what was your response to the question?
Guess not. 😂
I've been refused because I didn't use enough bullshit business buzzwords before. It sucks.
Really wanted that job too. I'm really struggling with the rejection.
