I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Comfortable living when comparing yourself to non-lawyers? Of course. Comfortable/good is certainly all relative, though.
If you make equity partner, then you start making the big bucks but you’re going to need a solid book and be a rainmaker for the firm before they hand you that role.
Yes it’s very hard - one slip and fall case or motor vehicle accident case is $25,000 to $50,000 in defense fees before trial, more or less depending on the severity of the injuries. You get 10 of those cases in a year and you can get close to a book of half a million. Sounds easy but it is so hard.

I am 3 years and 3 firms into my ID career and finally feel as though I’m living comfortably enough.
First firm 2022: $115K
Second 2023-2024: $145K to $151K after a year
Third 2024: $160K
HCOL area but I own my home and have relatively low expenses. I could increase my income by billing more and hitting bonuses but I think I’ve achieved my ideal quality of life:work ratio.
Commute, wfh flexibility, retirement and insurance benefits are all things I take into consideration in that as well
What firm and what are your yearly billables?
I wonder this too. Like at some point I need to be compensated $250k for the amount of hours I work. That's 70k more than I currently make as an associate. I wonder how I can hit that.
I make $200k base with bonuses for hours hit. 7 years of experience. Almost exclusively construction work. In a HCOL area but I am comfortable. It’s the people working low end MVAs and slip and falls that tend to fall into the crap
