Do any pharmacists have to be on-call? And if so, how are you compensated for that? I’m currently interviewing for a position that requires me to be on call 2 weekends a month, but they only pay me if I go in since I’m hourly. Does this sound like something normal?

Does anyone else constantly get mistaken for a nurse?
