Do hiring people care about job hopping anymore? If I’ve spent 2 years at each of my last 3 jobs is that fine

Depends on the HM, HM who stayed with one org would raise an eyebrow but HM who went through job changes are more receptive to hops. It might be worth it to evaluate what worked and what didn’t so you can be more targeted in the next job search.

Yes absolutely they do. Why would I hire someone that I know won’t stay? Past behavior often predicts future behavior.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Wonder what the discrepancy in salary was between these sexual predators and their prey... #timesup

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year.
