Do MBB partners make significantly more than partners at other firms? Sometimes feel like the path to partner is slow here, and I could expedite the process if I move around.

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. I have searched endlessly to find that chart but haven’t had any luck. Not even on google. Does anyone know the chart I’m referring to?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement.
