Usually depends on tenure and level and may be defined in your employment contract. It is at least at higher levels at PwC for example.

OP if you're a new analyst bench time is high and chargeability is low unless you're purposefully not trying you'll be okay
A5- although that's what people have said in the past, I've heard it's not the case anymore
Things feel ugly right now, go on the Total Rewards site and do the research, I believe it is 2weeks per year for manager and above........1 week per year below MGR. God bless us all stuck with bad timing........
Of course we qualify for unemployment. Most states have a cap though, which I'm sure you'll hit. Also, don't forget it's federally taxable.
