Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

@PE1 not about you, about getting ahead of the competition. Usually there are 2 or more really good candidates in the finals for a job. Comes down to the little things and details that make the difference in the end..
Generally no because the decision to hire wouldn't be based off of that. Yes, it's common courtesy, but if they like you and you can do the job it won't matter about thank yous.
Of course...
I send chocolates and flowers to lock it in
Absolutely.
Uhhh duh
Usually final interviews aren't necessarily about who can just do the job, but about fit and personality. If you think you're so good that you can't bother with a simple thank you, that can say a lot about what you're like to work with. I've spoken with many managers after the fact who've said a thoughtful thank you had helped influence their decision. It's shocking how many people fail to send these out -- and it can be a differentiator when differences are slim, like JPM3 said.
@HL No its a "not-being-an-asshole" common logic thing
Having done many interviews, this has zero bearing on my decision on analyst or associate hire
@CS1, this should have 0 bearing on decision. Stop it with the condescending attitude
Yeppers
Nope. Is that a US thing?
I just do it because I think it's a classy thing to do, and if it helps boost my favor then cool. I always appreciated getting them from candidates when I interview. Work is about building relationships- this is standard networking practice as far as I'm concerned.
