I teach middle school and I use wording in my math problems for the holidays, but no big stuff.
Nope, I might include seasonal morning/seat work. I am doing Christmas around the World. But, this year I have a student who does not celebrate any holidays. So I AM not doing "as much" as I usually do. I teach 3rd grade Math, Science and Social Studies.
I honestly wouldn’t unless you plan on including all different types of holidays that happen in December. Even if none of your class is celebrates those holidays if you’re going to celebrate one you should be inclusive and celebrate all. So do some research and figure out what type of decorations there are and don’t just like do Momentos from each like you can decorate in different colors to represent different religions etc. like it doesn’t have to be like the token thing of that holiday to have. Honestly I would just not do anything and save yourself a headache.
