Have cried multiple times this weekend about the week ahead and literally curled into a ball on the floor today and cried about tomorrow being Monday. Have been working 17-18 hour days on my current project and I can barely get through the days. I feel like death most days just due to sleep deprivation. Really want to start practicing living in the present and not thinking about future tasks to do/hours but it's hard. Any other advice to get through the days?

I am on the brink of quitting my consulting gig. I had a good record up until this project, where I really struggle and have a very disengaged team and highly political and bureaucratic client. I think a partner is asking me to double bill my time (we do certain work where the work product can be used for anywhere from 2 to 10 clients and they want me to bill to each client for the work product) as if I did it only for that client. I am planning on having a delicate conversation with the partner about it - but how would others proceed. Technically we have a duty to report, but I generally enjoy being employed

I just survived this nightmare at Cognizant and glad to be out. Think twice before taking on projects or full time roles with organizations that are behind by 50 yrs with equality for women.
