Legally, you should. I’m not sure of the exact figures, but the longer you’re there, the greater the severance .
There's no law for mandatory severance with employment at will in the US
Majority of employers especially publicly owned big corporations do offer severance, many follow the 1 week per each year of employment rule unless you're above certain title level
You should and remember not to sign anything bc you can always negotiate the offer no matter your level
