Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.
I’m planning to apply for a role in BDO London. However because I’m from a different country, I do not know what my salary should be in pounds.
The role is Junior project manager or project manager and I have 5 years of experience working in business administration already; can anyone help ? BDO

Legally, you should. I’m not sure of the exact figures, but the longer you’re there, the greater the severance .
There's no law for mandatory severance with employment at will in the US
Majority of employers especially publicly owned big corporations do offer severance, many follow the 1 week per each year of employment rule unless you're above certain title level
You should and remember not to sign anything bc you can always negotiate the offer no matter your level
Generally they pay out 1 week per year worked. And,, no, legally they aren’t required to do anything.
You should. It’s usually one or two weeks for every year you’ve been there. If you’re relatively new, you won’t get much, unfortunately. But they should pay you for any vacation time you’ve earned and haven’t taken
That depends on state law and company rules. It's not universal
I believe you should and do. Certain $ amount per year of service regardless of how jr or Sr the role was. Might even be part of onboard materials you signed. Read what you sign & ask HR
