One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

I've seen the same thing. I typically work with recruiters when I'm looking for a new job, and they're good about providing reasonably accurate pay range information. They know what I'm looking for and won't waste my time on roles that don't align with my salary expectations.
When I was looking I generally avoided places that didn't give some indication of pay. If the company was a known quantity, I would assume they were not way out of step with what's standard, so I may have applied there anyway. But if it was an unfamiliar company and they seemed evasive about pay I tended not to put time into applying.
I try to research using glassdoor or the similar websites to get a general idea. If it's not listed and its not too enticing, I would probably skip applying
I don’t even look at the ones that don’t post the salary range.
Sometimes but most of the time there isn't a range listed. I have tried only applying for jobs that list the salary range but then there just aren't that many. I do always try to ask the recruiter when they call for an interview though.
