My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Selling 2 tickets to SIX, the musical for Wed, 05/25 at 7:30 pm. Great seats in Row C of Dress Circle Center. Had to go out of town for work and can’t make the show.
Originally paid $116 each (including taxes and fees). Willing to sell both for $200 or the best offer.

I have a buddy who worked for Apple. He spent almost a whole year creating a huge campaign with a giant celebrity. Think one of the biggest stars in music alive today. They shot it, edited it, graded it, everything. Then Apple decided they didn't want to run it. That was it. A beautiful idea executed with unlimited budget, just gone into thin air. He's not allowed to put it in his book. He's not allowed to talk about it. He wasn't even allowed to take a copy to watch for himself and show friends/family.
Apparently this is standard practice. They make two or three campaigns and only run one of them. Would be cool to work there, admired the company since I was a kid - back in 1996 when they weren't cool at all. But the heartache of losing a year's work would be too much for me, I think.
Pretty standard as a vendor too, unfortunately
I didn’t ultimately get the job, but I went through multiple rounds. They found me. I also don’t like to play into the lore of these places, but the whole thing was a bit mysterious.
Not really. I have a unique background though and had gotten some press.
Maybe their ATS is super sophisticated and not a time vortex like so many others.
I wanna know too sigh. They used to do that Orchard program and hire most of the people who come through there.
i was reached out by a third party recruiter and i got a freelance offer for a year. Money was nice
Find the recruiters. Reach out to them.
Do not, I repeat, do not expect to find a decent art director role via linked in.
I had a friend refer me and the application was lengthy. You literally have to log into your Apple ID to apply. So who knows what they got to see on my phone or iCloud. Anyway, no one ever reached out to me.
