Do you think insurance is inherently skewed toward males or females, or is it pretty balanced? My company has a pretty good balance, even skewing toward women in some areas of leadership. But I look at other companies and it's all men on the website. Is insurance any different than other industries in that regard?

Serious question: Why’d we have to migrate our network logins to FCB Health in addition to our emails? Couldn’t we have just started listing our emails as “@fcbhealth” but logging in as “@FCB”?
Our old emails instantly forward to our current ones, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be the other way.

I have been laid off going on 3 months now and I’ve never felt so discouraged in my life. This job hunt for me has been frustrating and draining.
