Need some help regarding PF.
I joined a company on 7th Dec. Just got the Laptop on the first day. 12th Dec was my induction day where I was supposed to fill different forms like form 11 ,joining report etc. I resgined on 9th Dec . Today I gave my laptop to the company.
Question is will they be able to open PF account with the help of UAN mentioned in salary slips, Adhar number and pan number that i submitted during offer process?

Nothing is protected… But on average you will get what you are asking for. I’d say the average week is about 50 hours.

You’d maybe get most Fridays but weekends will definitely not be protected

Protected weekends is unimaginable in PE. Most weekends you won't work but you definitely need to be available for when it's needed.
This right here OP - the expectation isn’t that you’ll work weekends, but if shit hits the fan and you’re needed on a Saturday, you’ll have to work. That’s the trade off for making so much money.
Most weekends will be free, but yea can’t guarantee protected weekends. Also get ready to travel a TON (I’m a former deal associate who switched to ops)
