About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
I am working hard to stop the progression of disease and potentially reverse it. Hope things work out.

I am so tired of it all. I’ve barely eaten in the last 3 days and had to take a painkiller last night to fall asleep. I’m so overworked and I constantly feel like a piece of sh*t. I don’t even have the energy to move right now and feel like I will faint any minute.

I’m looking to buy a full length mirror but I want one that is high-quality and accurate. Right now I have these cheap mirrors in my apartment where the image is distorted to make me look taller and skinnier. I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

How do I get there from here?
