Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). My SO came in to an office and they quoted us $800 for deep cleaning after insurance, which is 4x what we paid for deep cleaning at the previous dentist in Houston. They also wanted us to pay upfront before any procedure is done. That seems very sketchy to us, so we’re looking to get second opinion and switch office.

If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD.
