Does anyone else feel weird asking for help when you’re supposed to be “senior” now? I don’t want to look like I can’t handle things, but figuring it out alone is exhausting. I miss being able to ask questions without overthinking it. How do you get support without hurting your credibility?

How to get sap server access for training purposes

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit?
