May I know what is the notice period if one resigns in infy during the first 6 months of joining? I am a lateral resource and they hired me in June, but they have no projects related to my tech and want me to take weird roles.. seems they are hiring to increase employee count and cross training most. just looking for options..

I workout either late evening (11pm) or early morning (5am) regardless of whether I am home or travel. I find that Marriott tend to have free weights and/or cable machine, and the nicer ones have circuit machines. So I will be able to put in a decent workout. Weekends I hit my home gym and do heavy lifts. I have two rest days that float depending on schedule; one of them is typically on Sundays.
Well as I said I do it at home, so typically Fri/Sat/Sun. Usually I'll do an ABA BAB rotation weekly where I'll hit bench/chins/deads one workout and press/rows/dips/squat the other. If ABA I'll only do the deads 1 of the 2 workouts, usually the 2nd as I know I'll go 4 days without heavy lifting. Usually pretty sore going into Monday from 3 straight days like this but I don't worry about it with 4 days of recovery ahead of me. If the hotel gym has dumbbells I'll do single arm stuff sometimes and I have TRX-like straps that hook on a door and workout bands in my suitcase but generally only do the running on the road.
Find 15 minute workouts that will kick your ass, do them 4x per week, they're so short you have no excuse, then eat clean, you'll be healthy
You definitely have to be real with yourself based on your schedule and motivation. For me, I tend to assume fly-in day is off, I only count on running on hotel days and do so every morning, and then I focus on strength training on the days I'm home (when onsite every week). So while I'd rather each workout be a mix, that framework allows me to have more days with productive workouts, which is the key for me... I need high frequency, medium intensity.
Thanks PwC 1. What/where do you do strength training? I recently cancelled my gym membership in my home city because I was on the road so much. Now when I am home I don't know what to do...
