Does anyone have recommendations for free or free trial media planning resources that would be helpful to use/reference for a student project?

I am taking an associate role at a REPE office and my offer includes an annual $70k bonus that is based on “achieving 3 mutually agreed upon metrics”. Has anyone had a bonus based on something like this? What metrics make sense? I’m not sure what to propose.

My group develops MF/ retail and acquires all the other main food groups. I am responsible for all modeling, underwriting, prepare debt and equity decks and act as project manager for the developments. It’s a very entrepreneurial group.

Just got offered to join potential project that would relocate me to LA for 3-4 months for onsite work. Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭
