Does anyone have a range of total comp for a tax analyst at Amazon? I’m in a HCOL area, total 8 YOE - 4 YOE in public accounting then 4 YOE at Marriott-tax.

I was made an offer by the recruiter but it seems really low for my experience. 109K TC - 87 base, 20k bonus, and rest is RSU’s.

I plan to counter today so any input helps :)

How do you calculate your years of experience? Curious-if I include roles outside of my current dept I have 8. If only counting production, 3. How does that impact your salary negotiations?
