In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? I have a hard time believing a jury would award 7-figure damages if they thought the little old lady defendant had to personally pay. I’m just starting to do PI on the side by myself at my firm, so this is probably a very dumb and obvious question.

Base is at 180k, after tax, insurance , 401k and ESPP (max out), my bi-weekly pay is only like 3600 (like 8000 monthly). Can people really save this kind of money, or most people rely on their stock appreciation?

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? The project I was in my previous organization was on tool( not much future scope) but supposed to get onsite next yr.
As I got this opportunity which is in java with bank captives n great hike I took it.
But feels very anxious about this ..just having thought of should have stayed in previous organization.
